I love iced coffee too but sometimes it can be soooooo icy cold that it might make you dizzy.

Hope you feel much better now.

It is possible, it can happen if you are dehydrated and drink too quickly. It can also happen if you do not have enough food in your stomach and all that caffeine hits your system in one big rush. It should lessen within and hour or so, and if you still feel sick, I would head to the emergency room, in case there is something in the coffee that shouldn't be...did you make it at home, or is it purchased from a coffee shop? I would eat something if I had not, just so there wasn't an excess of caffeine on an empty stomach. The reaction is similar to the "ice cream headache," with caffeine added. Good luck.

You didn't drink much, so It's not the booze. Your diet sounds like utter crap though, I think that is the problem...9 bottles of gatorade?!? were you running a marathon? Drink some cordial if you feel thirsty, don't just chug 5 pints worth cause your worried eat some plain healthy food, eggs on toast ETC. If your feeling dizzy go to the doctor but It could be diabetes judging by the poor diet and sugar. Remember booze is full of sugar. Get well soon.
