I recommend going to http://www.towofu.net/soft/e-index.php and downloading that program Icon Sushi, I also recommend http://www.econsultant.com/i-want-freeware-utilities/index.html for just about any other freeware you can think of

theres a freeware app called "icon art" ... check out a freeware sight like snapfiles also ...
