A very simple and straight forward way would be to ask this guy if he was seeing anyone firstly. Then if he is not ask if he might be interested in going out with you sometime. It's 2006 so females can do that now a days. Good luck.

Feel him out a lil. I f you feel that there's some chemistry, just ask him if he would like to go get some lunch sometime. Or ask if he'd like to go see the newest movie. Keep it light and a lil casual at first until you get a better assessment of hoe he feels.

Ask him out. Or you can try to make him really turned on. You could wear short skirts and bend down in front of him. Or dont wear a bra one day and see if he keeps looking at you.

Warm up to him, I say. Spend a lot of time around him, a lot of attention on him, & try in a 'round about way to say that your not seeing anybody, & wondered about him. If he say's no, ASK HIM!
