rg-6 is better than rg-59 six has a bigger center conducter there for producing beter image.. the bigger the center conducter the less loss of signal..

Coax is coax. The only difference is the impedance rating. For TV you need a 75 ohm cable, length doesn't matter. See a Radio Shack person for the right thing. You'll need a splitter. It goes outside where the cable gets to the house. Some signal will be lost using a splitter so if your picture is noisy and crappy looking, buy an amplifier, put it in front of the splitter or get one that has several outputs.

You can just buy a little cable splitter at your local Radio Shack or electronics store to hitch 1 cable/antenna to 2 TVs. But on an antenna, you'll probably need an antenna amplifier to get it to work.
