try something like this. excuse me so and so i wanted to tell you how much i really like you and it would be my pleasure if you would go out with me . would you please go out with me? if she says yes tell her you will pick her up at 7 and bring a rose and a teddy bear ok. remember to open doors for her and pull out chairs for her..

come up to her and ask her out. "i was wondering if you would like to go out on a date with me?" if she said "no", "i just thought i asked, if ever you changed your mind, please call me with this number (your number here)." good luck!!
