Get on her level. Put her on the floor and sit with her. Roll a little golf ball sized whiffle ball around. See what she likes to do with it. Does she like to chase it? Does she carry it around? Does she like to hold it and walk around?
Try playing "Peek-a-boo" with her.
Teach her little tricks, like waving and a high-five (or in her case, high-four). teach her to turn around on cue. Swing her on your hand.
Take her to the bathroom mirror and show her you and her together.
Put her at one end of a room and teach her to run to you...she gets a treat when she steps on your hand.
Teach her to lie on her back while you are holding her in your hand.
Teach her to flip around a rope.
These are just a few ideas...
I hope I've helped.

The best games are the ones you make up with her. You can make up your own game of hide and seek or peek-a-boo or getting her to mimic sounds you make. Pay lots and lots of attention to your bird. Birds are very social and need lots of attention.
