Your hurt and anger are pent up, stored up, inside you because you won't admit your hurt. Admit your hurt, express your anger to those who've hurt you, not random people who set you off to explode, tell your mom she spanked you too hard, didn't hug you enough, or whatever, and then forgive her. Admit that you could've stood up for yourself, or that you were partly to blame. And forgive yourself because you are a good person, because you do feel bad when you hurt others.

Find out why you are so resentful(angry). You'll keep wanting to smash someone unless to can change it into a positve energy. Write it out so you can see it. Now what do you have to be grateful for? People who love you, a place to lay your head at night? Did you eat tonight? Bet you can put together a long list if you think about it! If it all went smoothly all the time, what would we learn?

Anything that makes you worry about having mental problems is a sign you need to deal with it. My advice is, don't be afraid of confronting the problems. Talking outloud to yourself or talking to someone who will be objective (as in, not judging you) could help. I'd also suggest just letting it out - wail on a punching bag, run until you fall down - every human being has felt this way at one time - and it's okay to feel this way and it's okay to let it out.

I think that you are probably just an angry person or have been having problems in your life that are triggering your temper. Try to stay calm. If you feel it coming on stop and count to ten and then take a few deep breaths then see how you feel.

u're just angry & looking for a way to relieve this frustration that u feel. if u find urself feeling like this day after day even when things go great then yeah, u might have a problem. i'd say look into therapy & see if that helps; if not, then see a psych cause u might need meds to stabilize ur mood.

I think we all feel like this from time to time. Get a punching bag or go for a jog to release the tension. Just remember, punching some jerks lights out will only bring you more trouble. Like jail time.

You must be stressed or upset about someone to feel like that. Try to work out what is causing it and deal with the underlying problem.

Everyone gets angry. It is the way you express it that defines your sanity. You need stress relief. Get some exercise or have sex!
