Well i have alot of cayenne peppers and jalapeno's.
And the sun isnt really out and hot much more.
I need some help on drying them out.

Once they are dried out should i store them or leave them on the string.
any other tips or tricks would help thanks.
I really hate to freeze fresh, they dont seem to be the same once thawed.
