Lactation without pregnancy
Although it is not widely known in developed countries, women who have never been pregnant are sometimes able to stimulate lactation sufficient to breastfeed. This is called "induced lactation", while a woman who has lactated before and re-starts is said to "relactate". If the nipples are stimulated as in breastfeeding for a while (such as by a breast pump or actual suckling), eventually the breasts will begin to produce milk which can be used to feed a baby. Once established, lactation adjusts to demand. For this reason, adoptive mothers, usually initially in conjunction with some form of supplementation, such as a supplemental nursing system, are able to breastfeed their infants and young children [30]. There is thought to be little or no difference in milk composition whether lactation is induced or a result of pregnancy. Rare accounts of male lactation (as distinct from galactorrhea) exist in the medical literature.

Some couples may choose to induce lactation as a solely sexual practice.

Additionally, some drugs, primarily atypical antipsychotics such as Risperdal, may cause lactation in both women and men.

The milk is produced because of special hormones that kick in during the very last stage of pregnancy that signal the beginning of the process, and then the only way it is continued is through the baby's needs. Massaging will not make this happen. Why would he be asking for such a thing, actual nursing is not a sexual thing, it is a way to provide a natural and beneficial nutritional supply to a baby - as they have special nutritional needs. Tell him to buy his milk like everybody else.

Yes it is possible. There are some moms who are able to produce milk to feed their adopted babies. There are books you can read to teach you the technique on how to do this. I have not had a baby for over 5 years, but when I want to I can start the milk production again. And yes, massage is one of the techniques. (And my husband helps out too. Lots of sucking also helps the process.) And if it doesn't work for you, at least you had a lot of fun trying.

Yes, you CAN produce milk without being pregnant and having a baby. Many adoptive moms do this. BUT it takes time and commitment to get it to happen. You would need a breastpump and you would need to take some herbs to help bring in a supply. It's not easy, so if you're just hoping to do it for his kinky kicks, it's probably not worth it.

You truly live up to your name. And even though the people up top here say it isn't possible they don't know strange medical occurrences that can happen to some people. I know a lady who had not breastfed for about 8 years and when she got really ill her breasts made milk and the doctors said her hormones must have been confused. It is rare but can happen!

Absolutely. They don't have to ever have been pregnant. They don't produce very much but some people can lactate a little with the right stimulation. Even men although it's rare.

No. Milk is produced by the hormones that causes and maintains the pregnancy. Becareful of massaging your boobs, causing trauma with could cause abnormal growth tissue. You don't want the big C. (cancer)

I don't think its possible without actually being preggers. Its hormones that trigger the boobs to start making milk. Just as a Milk cow doesn't make milk without being pregnant, or a female dog doesn't have teets unless it is going to have puppies.
If he wants to suckle milk from your tubes, then he'll have to knock you up!

No. The breasts begin producing milk when a woman gets pregnant, and not before for any reason.
