What i do is not eat prior to the workout....like don't eat 3 hours prior to the workout, this way you will have an empty stomach, and if you have a little excess fat on you, the fat will then be burned off of you alot easier. And you will have more enrgy in you because your stomach will be empty.
I also pop energy pills to get me hyped and ready for the battle in the gym....good luck and lift angry.

before u do any kind of workout u need to strench your whole body so u dont pull amuscle and do a warm up

dont eat for at least an hour beforehand, 3 hours for a heavy meal, ensure you have sufficient fluids available, and stretch thoroughly. Oh and please ensure you are working out within your capabilities.
