Are those things that are above the cats eyes that look like whiskers, are they eyebrows? and if not where can I find a site that tells me what they are, Thanks, Blue

they are eybrows!!! they dont really do anything, like cat whiskers that cats use to feel about when its dark, and judge spaces

These whiskers are basically another sensory transmitter for cats, as their regular whiskers are. They help cats to "see" in the dark through touch. Never cut them!! See article below.
