I cut my hair too short and I don't like it. So I'm trying to grow it back out but it seems like it's taking forever!

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

Check out the vitamins and herbal supplement section in a natural foods store or in a beauty supply store. They sell vitamins for hair, skin, and nails that really do work. If you can't find that, try taking prenatal vitamins...they worked for me. Green beans are the best food to eat if you want to promote hair growth. I've cut my hair too short too many times!!!!

Well. I'm having the same problem right now. But in past experiences I realized that washing my hair once a day grows fast.

Eating foods high in protein, like salmon, is a good way to get your hair to grow, and if you keep trimming it it will grow faster.

hair growth is predertimined by heritage, hormones and age. if you're 70 and cut your hair to short, it will take longer to grow out than if you're 18, since you have muchmore hormones ot assist with the process. things like salt, or pepper oil, or other cinnom dont work, they make you think it works becasue you're paying more attention to it and preseverating on it.
Relax, like pregnancy and bad oil prices..... it will happen.

I don't know, maybe good protein rich foods might help.

Looking at sexy women makes beards grow faster. Some guy actually tested it by weighing the beard hair.

Youth and genetics make hair grow faster. Otherwise, only time can make hair grow, and, sometimes, not even that.

Rub salt into your scalp for about 10 minutes.
Now hold your head over a bowl of water.

When the hairs come out for a drink, tie a knot in them. . . .
