Morales or morals?
I really hate morals, because they're subjective. You might think something is "moral" but that doesn't necessarily mean it is.
That said, I'm inclined to suggest that EVERY state is both moral and has high integrity. That is what makes this country great, not "what state is better."

It has to be California. After all, that's where Hollywood is. However, Massachusetts did produce the Kennedys, so I guess its a tie between those two states.

It depends on specifically what you are asking about. For example, if you are talking about education or lack thereof...Texas and Mississippi grossly underfund elementary middle school and secondary education. If you are talking about legalized prostitution, well, Vegas is the forrunner in this endeavor, if you are talking about crime, California, New York and Florida... Every state has problems with something....
