He is small, black and white, and has an addiction with meowing a lot and licking everyone! His face lookes so much like a Toby!

If he looks like a Toby, he should definitely be a Toby! I love the name. I almost named my cat that, but he ended up being Monty instead...he was just more of a Monty, for some reason. Have fun.
