probably because they see we have inner joy and know we have something great to look forward to when we die whereas they probably think they're going to be just rotten bones and dirt when they die.

I'm agnostic, I just feel bad that people can blindly believe in something that there's no proof of. There's proof of evolution, no proof of why jesus wept, only stories of how to be a good person. Plenty of good ideas. Honestly, there's too much hocus-pocus. The red sea, fire coming from the sky. Red tide and haley's comet, or even a meteor shower.
Nobody would let david copperfield get away with passing his stuff off as truth these days. But nobody new any better back then...

They aren't. the ones I know aren't. Atheists don't believe in any divine power not just the Christian God. If they were jealous why would they be jealous of God and not other god/gods.

I'm not an atheist, but I am a former Christian. I'm not jealous of Christians. Actually, I feel sorry for most Christians. They are just like Tom Cruise...brainwashed. Most can't think for themselves. I only know a handful that are smart, reasoning people who can back their faith w/ logic.

i am a follower of JESUS CHRIST.i don't think they are jealous of Christians.how could they be when people who are suppose to keeps GODS word cant even follow the whole truth.and are suppose to be in unity and are not.that's why they ask the questions they do of Christians because they get all kinds of answers from Christians.for the one question.Christan's don't realize they are hindering people from knowing JESUS.by all theses different opinions .and arguing who is wright and who is wrong.

They may not be jealous. They may be afraid of what might happen to them so they believe that Heaven and Hell don't exists. They may just always want to be right and thereby hate anyone who thinks otherwise. Or they could be ignorant of what 32% of the world believes is true and do nothing about anything.
Please note that I am talking about most atheists and not all.
