He's true to his feelings, but he's not true to what he says out loud. If he didn't show up it was because he didn't want to, or was scared to. Those are his feelings.
If you've been communicating with someone for over a YEAR and haven't met yet, there was something wrong to begin with. Try meeting people instead of 'communicating' with them.

depends people make promises and don`t keep up to them, because sometimes things pop up in the way, he problal does love you .
here a key tip don`t say your going to do something even when you plan it out just do it.
