As long as you are responsible and only have a drink or two every now and then, you shouldn't have any problems chemically. You definetly shouldn't binge drink, or drink every day. You have to make sure to keep your blood levels of medication at the right place. Also, there might be negative side-effects of heavy drinking with the meds, like kidney or liver problems.
If you are taking Zoloft because of depression, however, you should probably avoid alcohol since drinking can exacerbate the symptoms of depression.

yes, but warning if you get drunk it will be the most intense high of your life (not that I recommend it, but it is incredible.)
