Probably nothing if it goes away after 2 mins, when you sleep you can end up in some really weird positions and put stress on certain muscles. If it persists, consult your dr.

There may be a couple of factor that may cause this pain. My question to you is " where is the pain located?" Down the legs or on the hips or on your sides of your stomach or in the back. Other factors are your health and weight or any back injuries in the past. Best thing is to check it out with a doctor if it continues. I believe that everyone wakes up with some pain from time to time depending on how you are sleeping.

Atheritis, see a doctor or pediatrictian. I don't think pediatrists deal with that. Have you tried aspririn? Medication? A metal plate in your shoe? Those could help.

maybe you should try walking less or more slowly... it's probably a cramp or something... you're endurance is probably low. after a while, it'll probably go away.
