Could I refrigerate cookie batter? I kind of don't want to freeze it or anything.

Ingredients: flour, baking soda, butter, brown and white sugar, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate chips

you can refrigerate this kind of cookie batter for up to 3 days without a problem, (actually you would probably be safe refrigerating for about a week, but don't push it too much past that.) be sure and get some plastic wrap cover it, making sure the plastic wrap isn't just sealing the top of the container, but hugging around the cookie batter (it might be a sticky mess having the plastic around the dough, but any excess air inside the container with the batter will draw in other strong smells that are inside your refrigerator, fish, onion, other things you don't want your cookies to taste like.)

Wrap well in plastic wrap or place in an airtight bag. Will last 2 - 3 days in refrigerator. But lasts longer if you freeze it, 1 month or more.

Yes, remember they sell refrigerated cookie dough at the grocery.

Lay in on saran wrap or wax paper and squeeze into a long roll. Then you can just slice them and put them on the cookie sheet when your ready to bake them.

Yummm, Chocolate chip..Call me when they are done...

yes, just be sure to put it in a zip lock bag or seal it up good. It should keep for several days.
