You are always burning calories but the harder you work, the more you burn. Sweating gets rid of salt which causes a different type of weight loss. See anti-water on this page for more info on that.

The weight you lose during "sweaty exercise" is nothing more than water weight, typically. It is the muscle you build while exercising, as well as the elevated heart and respiratory rates, which burn off the calories and lead to lasting weight loss...and that's what happens *after* you exercise.

After you exercise, during your sweaty exercise you are burning excess body fluid that you dont need, your still in that process,once your done with your work out thats the sum of it all

when you exercise you expend or put out energy.that cause the weight lose afterwards.

I would think that it is when you exercise.. not after.
