Fresh eggs unrefrigerated about a week, refrigerated eggs about 6 weeks. In Europe they do not refrigerated their eggs.

I have kept eggs in the fridge for 7 weeks and they are still OK.

At least a month in the fridge, probably twice that. Unrefrigerated, I'd give them about 5 days.

A lot longer than the ones you buy at the store which have already been around for months. Just keep them refrigerated.

When we had laying hens, we always used 6 wks from the day they were laid. I learned that from an old farmer!
