Put it on the inside of your rectum. That would be good.
Forehead is bad.

It is the beast logo. So it would not be wise to do so because the actual beast out there would think it could win you. If you do take the real mark-of-the-beast on that fateful day, you'll wish you had not. Bad consequences.
The actual 666 beast mark is something put into the back of the hand or forehead. It will end up causing a grievous sore. It is a declaration against God the creator. Choosing to bow to the beast & take his mark instead.
It would not be a wise thing to do. It isn't the actual mark of the beast, but it is playing with the idea. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
Many will come in my name to deceive. That would include any one, power or thing that encourages you to take the mark of the venemous beast. It could be the beast image or of the calculation of 666.

I think getting a tattoo is ill advised because of the risk of infection. The "666" thing is based on "numerology" from 2,000 years ago when the Jews were hiding the fact that they were being revolutionary from the Romans - "666" turns out to be the "number" of the Roman emperor "Neron Caesar" ("Nero") and it was how they were calling him "the beast". The modern "understanding" of it is a historical distortion of what it really means.

You can do whatever you want and forget about ignoring "God's commandment." Most Christians are disobying many things in the Bible, like sacrificing animals and humans, not eating lobster and working on the sabbath.
666 is believed to actually be a numeric interpretation of the Roman emperor Nero who terrorized the region in Biblical times when Revalations was written.

Probably a disturbing thing for other people to see if that is indeed the meaning behind it. But hey, to each his own. If you're a true believer, you'll leave it up to the Lord to pass judgment. Might be a harmless thing if "666" is the number of people you love, the first three digits of your SS#, phone number, apartment no., etc.

I don't think it's good or bad, I think it's stupid. Unless "666" really means something to you, what reason would you have for getting 3 numbers tattooed onto your body? Get something you will enjoy and appreciate seeing.
As for the "biblical" ramifications, if you believed and obeyed everything the bible said (old and new testaments) I doubt you'd ever leave your house!

Leviticus 19:28 thrown in our faces - "You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the Lord." Usually it is meant to condemn either our profession or our obviously decorated skin. So what is a Christian tattooist or tattoo enthusiast to say? Is tattooing indeed defiling the temple of the Holy Spirit? Are we callously ignoring God’s commandment

Regardless of the fact that 666 may be symbolic or may be actual - why would a Christian want to put something on their body that symbolically or actually represented evil? It would make no sense.

I don't think it's bad, probably because I don't believe in Satan. I personally wouldn't do it, because, well duh, it holds no value to me. I have a friend that did it though. He got a 666 on his right shoulder blade and a cross made out of stakes on his left shoulder blade. He's an Atheist, but fascinated by the duality of Christian mythology. Blessed be.

If you believe in the book of Revelations, then I would be petrified of tattooing that on my body (why take chances?) Although most of us are well on our way to fulfilling the marks of the damned... another Revelations-ism is that money won't be traded, but that the damned will use something implanted in their bodies to trade for goods...... makes me want to hold onto my debit card, who knows what the next "convenience" device might come along that will damn your soul to hell!
Freaky, huh?
