the document was in the recycle bin when it was deleted i deleted it on accident it was in then recycle bin because I was trying to hide the file other people

you could try system turnback. Do you remember when you had the file? If you do then this will be a breeze. Go to start>all prgorams>accesors>system tools> system restore. Choose restore to earlier time and choose the date that u stil had the file. Click restore and wait like 5 minutes for it to shut down. When it starts back up it sohuld be there. If you see this did not help then you can always undo the restore except instead of choosing restore it to an earlier time, choose undo last restoration.

the different guy answering your questions didnt seem nicely into it. You deleted it from a Flash Disk no longer your no longer user-friendly force so it won't bypass on your recycle bin first. this is impossible to get better it. start up engaged on despite you lost.
