It will take more than one conversation for someone to say that they like someone. Give it time, talk often. Then go out to lunch if you both work at the same place. then take it from there. You will know if she likes you or not.

Just be friendly. Have a genuine interest in her as a person, try to get to know her, what she likes, etc. If she likes you back, trust me she'll find a way to let you know. Good luck!
