IF YOU WILL BE INVITING YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOU WILL PROBABLY KNOW MANY OF THE THINGS GOING ON WITH THEM. YOU'LL WANT TO CHOOSE THE TIME YOU KNOW THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE AVAILABLE TO COME. THEY WILL BE THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE THERE. IF YOU'RE INVITING THE NEIGHBORS IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THEM ALL BUT IT MIGHT BE HARD TO GET THEM AND EVERYONE ELSE THERE AT THE SAME TIME. YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER YOURSELF, TOO. YOU MIGHT WANT TO BE THERE! YOU'LL HAVE TO DECIDE WHO THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE ARE THAT YOU WANT TO INVITE AND PLAN AROUND THAT. PERSONALLY, I WOULD CHOOSE PEOPLE'S AVAILABILITY OVER TIME OF YEAR BUT IT'S YOUR PARTY AND YOU'RE DOING ALL THE WORK. HAVE A GREAT TIME WHATEVER YOU FIGURE OUT!!
