Let the grieving process take it time. When relationships end it is often like death and you have to go through all the processes of accepting it. But trust me it will disappear and soon enough you'll find yourself in the arms of another and feel good about life and love once again. Best of luck.

I think everyone has had a difficult time getting over an ex at point of time. What helped me was concentrating on my hobbies, education, and career. I made more time than ever to hang out with my friends. They offered me great advice, and encouraged me to believe that the break-up was for the better. They also made sure they took me on dozens of "girls-night-out" ings just to let loose, not necessarily hunt for another man. It's not the end of the world; it's the beginning of a better you.

Truly.......You are so connected that you will take much time to be accepting that he is in a better place, and you are able to say, yes, he was something...I have something more, A guy who is all that and also more ready to talk about getting ahead in life. TAKE Your Time! Please don't make the mistake of sleeping with the next available comfort before really paying your respects to the dead. Dead being your concept of perfection when you know that perfection is the person who enhances your positive outlook on life.

One day at a time. Get involved with your family, friends, volunteer, do something that will enhance your own life. Look at it this way, you ex bf has moved on and is now enjoying a good life, not to say he didn't when he was with you, but he moved on. He made a choice and now you are stuck in a time warp while he is enhancing his life. Now it is time for you to enhance your life..

The best way out is to find your way into another relationship. The old b/f will pass, but you need to give another guy a chance.

Hmm. Breaking up is never easy. Spend time hanging out with friends and talking with them. A good friend will help you get over him.
