Watch "While You Were Sleeping". Find a way to get him in a coma, and then take over the role of his girlfriend. When he wakes up, you'll see that you don't really like him, you like his brother, and you'll live happily ever after.
Or, you could spill something on him. and then apologize profusely. Or trip him. Find some way to get his attention and then find some common ground. Don't stalk him, though. Stalking is bad.

Say hi,smile and start by breaking the ice with some general chat, ask him how he's doing. If he isn't shy himself he will reply and from their a conversation will start. Don't be too eager because it will leave u vunerable, just be sociable. If he is defensive or offensive just go about your business, otherwise get his n.o or give him yours. Step by step, be careful not to give him the impression that you are leading him on, bcos most males in that position would be thinking they are onto a night or day of passion with u. Good luck

All you can really do, is just put yourself out there. Or, even easier, if you know someone, like a friend, who is his friend, go talk to the guy you like when they are talking to him so you have someone to fall back on in case the worst happens. The easiest thing to do is make a move. Invite him to a party or over to your house. I bet he'll say yes.

Hey. Same thing's happenin to me. What are the odds!! Sorry I'm not hlping. I suggest wait a while for him to talk to you. Meanwhile think of all the possible ways he would talk to you or you to him by dayfreaming. If a lonf time passes go up to him. I'm writing a song about this situation. go up to him, start moving your lips and breathing out at the same time. The noise may be an odd one but you'll be talking all the same

well what i do is,i would try to talk about something to someone in front of him and see if he catches on to the converstion,and if that doesn't work then i would just put him down in an just playing way EXAMPLE: he says i can beat anybody in basketball! then i would say: no you can't you then laugh" most of the time that starts converstions....
