i have 15 yrs bartending experience. i started a job at a major hotel. when i started they told me it would be 5 days or training,then it was 7 days now the new schedule came out and they are saying everone goes through 2 weeks. do i deal w/ this or tell them to F*** OFF!

Depends on the perks,, sometimes it's worth the wait, you have to weigh your potential income, a moment of inconvenience very well could mean a future of advantage.

I work in the restaurant industry and I would say that since this is a major hotel you may want to check with the higher ups. Talk to a Regional Director or some on at Corporate. My particular company has a set training for managers and the like.

Do you deal with it or tell them to screw??? Your call. You want to keep the job, I'd recommend waiting out the storm.
