Ha ha.Supplements don't work. That answer coming from someone who can't even spell supplement.Clinically proven supplements are Designer Whey from Next Proteins(6.7 million dollars into R&D).Any good creatine.L-glutamine(the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue and 2 grams taken orally has been proven to increase growth factors in athletes).Creatine works amazingly well also. The rest is just garbage.Everyone will scream tribulus terrestris.Sorry,it doesn't raise your test levels or lutenizing hormone levels. That was based on one study in Bulgeria when they were trying to make excuses as to why their athletes were failing drug tests. It's failed every controlled peer reviewed test.Eat right, exercise hard and get your rest.I'd include more about working out but I'm out of room.

Suppliments DO NOT WORK. It's a billion dollar industry that preys on the insecurity of teenage boys. The fact that you're in your mid 20's and falling victim to these marketing campaigns makes me wonder what's going on in your head. The FDA does not approve nor does it regulate any of these crackpot miracle substances. You will see posters rave about creatine--it's a waste of money. It occurs naturally in the body and does absolutely nothing to make you bigger or stronger. The only substance known to increase muscle mass and stamina (in combination with weight lifting and exercise) is steroids. Steroids are illegal and regulated because they work--and they have side effects. Any gains you make while taking a suppliment you will falsely attribute to the substance, even though the science and logic should tell you that it was YOUR OWN HARD WORK that resulted in muscle and strenght increases.
DO NOT TAKE SUPPLIMENTS, save your money!

You will have results with your upper torso in approximately 6 weeks. The rest takes longer. The best way to build muscle is increase your protein input naturally, especially a few hours before lifting. Use more weight less reps. This is NOT something that happens overnite! All the products advertise do nothing! read their disclosure!

There is no miracle supplement besides dangerous steroids which will help you build muscle faster. You have to eat right and lift weights hardcore for hours at a gym.Hire a personal trainer or ask a professional body builder,or browse books, magazines or websites.

At 18 you have all the time you need to get bigger and stronger. I would recommend a trip to the library, you will find plenty of info on this subject. Stretching, vigorous exercises with and without weights and cardio combined with a good diet will get you the results you want. Don't be fooled though and think that you have to go to the Gym to get strong.
