HELL NO GIRL! Dont do it! You've only met him once and you feel like he is gonna propose? He's nuts! One time is not enough to know if he's abusive, a mass murdrer, a rapist, a serial killer, a lunatic, ect. How do even know if the stories he's tellin u about his past gf's is true? He bearly even knows you, how can he be so sure? Doesnt sound good girl.

You met him online, met in person once, don't really like him, he has been unsucessful in his relationships and this guy is now ready to propose???!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY AND FAST AS YOU CAN!!! I hope you didn't let him know where you live or give him your home phone number, because you can easily get anyones home address with a reverse phone number search online. This guy has issues! Don't worry about hurting him, worry about him hurting you. What do you really know about this guy, other than what he told you? RUN..RUN...RUN

Been there, done that. Married him and LEFT! This guy is giving you a big ol' sob story to get what he wants. Don't listen. Sounds like he's really needy and needs therapy. 98% of online 'relationships' don't work. Don't waste your time. You won't hurt him, he'll just move on to the next 'victim.' He has lots to choose from on the net.....

Sympathy and love is not the same thing. One who asks for sympathy is a loser. And one who applies sympathy to heal a failure cannot be a true friend, because, sympathy doesnot help you get up and fight again.
So, what I suggest you that first of all take more time judge yourself why do u like him actually or whether do you love him at all!!!!

gosh... that's a hard decision to make. it's like stuck between a rock and a hard place.
i'd say talk to your friends and people you trust and try to figure out if you really should. ethically, you're not bound to him. he doesn't own you.
but if i was in your shoes, i'd probably say yes if he did ask me out just cuz i didn't want to hurt him. but don't do that, tell him you want to give it some more time, tell him to wait a little bit before asking you again, since you two only met once in person.

I'd have doubts about anyone who says all there past relationships ended in misfortune. It sounds like you dont want to be his girl. No, dont be his girl friend because you pity him, thats no reason to start a relationship.

No. You should do what makes you happy and it sounds like you are not interested in this guy at all.
