technically, WW3 was the battles of the Cold War, WW4 is the Assymetrical War between The West and Radical Islam, beginning on 9-11. WW5 will be the Chinese invasion of the US after the US is exhausted from fighting WW4, and WW5 will use neutron weapons, so a highly overpopulated China can start colonizing North America and Austrailia (according to chinese defense minister chi haotian). WW6 will be china fighting radical Islam (that one is just a guess)

World War III already passed. The Cold War was considered as the Third World War!
if you mean World War 4, no one is ready for that even Bush isn't prepared for it. WW4 would be a Nuclear disaster and most of the world population wouldn't survive. personally, i'm a Navy reserve and my old man is still serving in the Navy. i hope the won't be WW4 because "No one ever win in a war!"
