There are all sorts of hair products that advertise themselves as being able to repair split ends. The most beneficial thing you can do for your damaged hair is to stop brushing it! Brushing adds too much stress to the hair strand, leading to stretching and breakage and split ends. If you want to keep your hair healthy, and minimize split ends, switch to a comb. The very best ones on the market are the ones that have 3 rows of staggered wide teeth.

As many other people have suggested, getting regular trims every 4-6 weeks is a must. In addition, you should also use products which bind to the hair ends and provide the ultimate amount on moisture to prevent further breakage. Pantene's Restorative's line is amazing, and Korres makes a fantastic product with Rice protein specifically for the ends of the hair to prevent split ends.

If your hair has split ends, just trim that part. Then regulary apply cream on the hair ends. Any cream that you use on your face or body would be fine.

Don't brush wet hair, only comb.
Let dry naturally.
Condition after shampoo.
Have your hair trimmed every five weeks a 1/4 inch even if you are trying to grow it long.
Drink lots of water.
Take a multi vitamin.
Smile, this sounds funny but stress it terrible for your hair!

Keep your hair trimmed (not cut) and use either pantene pro-v or white rain hair products.... Also if you use hot irons switch to to hair rollers and do not use hairdryers start letting your hair dry under a scarf or towel...

Wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Don't comb it out with a brush if it is still wet comb it out with a comb or pick. Get your hair trimmed often or when it starts becomming different lengths. Hope I helped.
