Go to the nearest hospitals and ask people with broken kneecaps where they got their loans.

Go to a "head shop" where you buy smoking paraphenalia.
Make friends with the pot heads.
Get connected with their drug dealer.
Ask if his boss can lend you some money, or knows someone who will.
Have a nice picture taken, and give it to a family member.
Get two cell phones. One must be tiny. Hide it on your body, HIDE IT. Keep the tiny one active, but never use it. Keep it on silent. The other one is your real phone.
Contact a family member who is not crazy or a drug addict like you that you have fallen in with a bad crowd. Preferably someone who owns a dog and a shovel.
Give that family member the number to the tiny phone. Tell them not to bother calling you on it. When you go missing for more than 3 days to give the number to the police so they can use it to find your body.
The nice picture will be shown at your funeral.
