I dont think she's doing it for you, otherwise she will invite you. She may be doing it for your dog, but she dont know the language to tell your dog that she is in love. If your dog is a small or medium sized dog, try and lift it up when she go nude again and you'll see she will formalise her invitation. This will surely work, try it.
