Not really, I prefer delicious slow food. Although I enjoy almost every typical dish around the world, I love Peruvian, Mexican and French cuisine, in that order. I also like Colombian gastronomy and all mediterranean recipes.

Any food considered junk food is not necessarily so. I love food & love a McDonalds Quarterpounder but I don't consider beef, pickle, onions, mustard, ketchup & a bun with salt & pepper junk! I consider the cheese junk! So it's always, "No cheese, please!" I try not to ingest junk food. Ocassionally a Twinkie sounds great but I haven't seen one in a good long time...about three years!Even though it's nearly pure sugar, I still don't consider it junk! Potatoes are junk! Potato chips are junk! Pringles are junk but an exception, twice a year I'll have a can of Pringles. Margarine IS junk ~ hence, no margarine in our home! Naw, can't say that I like junk food. Avoid it whenever possible!

I was raised on fast food and junk food and I've known it for about as long as I can remember. Junk food lied to me. It betrayed me. It made me gain a lot of weight when I was in 8th grade and I have mild acne now because of it. I'm in the process of not eating the crap anymore.

It's called junk for a reason, it is bad for your body in more ways than just being fattening. It has almost no nutritional value and it is usually overpriced.

I believed in junk food, don't make the same mistake I did.
