i had the same problem...and i figured it out by myself...just hang out with her...flirt with her a lot and see what she does...dont say anything like you are beautiful when u flirt that is a turn off and i am glad i didn't say that to this girl anyways just play with her rub her shoulder when she lease suspects it and when she looks up smile and tell her hi everytime she sees you smile, and especially say hi or wave but always smile and if she starts to flirt back then ask her out
