This boy who likes me keeps getting in my purse and getting period pads out of my purse, and i'm not really embarassed, but he says, i have football practice this afternoon, and i need some evtra padding, he always went through his ex gf's purse, who is also my best friend, so he just goes through our purses.

This is a version of the 7 year old boy punching you and running away on the playground. Doesn't make it any less inappropriate but, he's showing an interest in you. I'd bet he knows next to nothing about periods and what happens, and is fixating on this event as a way to interact with you. Sit him down and tell him that this does bother you and that you'd be glad to talk with him and his parents about it if he does it again.

report him, get your cell phone or someone's with a camera and videoize it then go to the office and tell the staff and show them the video.
he's violating several rules there.
he also should pay for the theft of the pads and any damages along with the threat of invasion of privacy in many matters.
he has access to something more important while he's in there fooling around.. your information!
i'd grab his nuts "metaphorically" and drag him through the coals over and over again.
videoize him next time and rapture his little pastey a.s.s.!
also with the 'trap' you should set up.. put money in there.. no credit cards... and a broken phone.. but don't make it look like it's broken...
and other things.. then also call the cops!
but get it on video first!

Hello. Easy next time ask him out loud how far along in his period is he, cause he may need more than one. then report him. OK.

Are you in school when this happens? Report him to the teacher or principal. That is sexual harassment and he needs to learn that sooner than later.

talk to the Principal.or bring a diaper and when he comes around you again put it on him,tell him it is because he is a BIG baby!
