6 inch toasted baguette choped in 2 (length ways) drizzled with good olive oil.
Good beer or good white wine.
What a meal!!!!! Fit for a King.

Old fashioned spaghetti with marinara and meatballs.
Old fashioned, ordinary, typical, but it's something I can never get sick of (unlike other Italian dishes that can be too rich). NEEEVVEEER!!!
I also love to make ziti pizza with chopped black olives =). Mmm..

it would definitely be seafood pasta...the best one you can get is the one they do in venice...but if you cant go there right now, try doing one...just saute' garlic and onion on olive oil, add some italian herbs, add pre-cooked prawn/shrimp, scallops, mussels, squid and then just put this on top of cooked pasta on a dish and finally a bit of salt and pepper....enjoy!
