I don't understand... It's mostly on his legs, but some, oddly enough, around his eyes too.
He acts like it's real tender, and won't let any family members touch his legs. I'm worried about my dog!

Could be mange or something. If you're in an area where it's humid, it could be a hot spot from fleas or something, or some other kind of allergy. The best bet would be to have your vet check him out.

Get that dog to the vet right now. Sounds like mange(sp)

Probably ringworm. Take your dog to the vet. You could get it too
