I am somewhat traditional (altho that chocolate pizza sounds awesome sans coconut)It would be an extreme garlic and spice red sauce, mozz/parm/mont jack cheese with green pepper, onion and hard salami toppings.

A shrimp-seafood alfredo pizza. Lots of garlic. Maybe some greenery like spinach. And CHEESE of any kind.

Brushed lightly with olive oil
Sprinkled with some herbs and spices
The I'd it topped with some cubed (re cooked) chicken, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, garlic and mozzarella cheese

I'm easy to please with pizza, but in a perfect world, give me double cheese, homemade chunky sauce, and a potpourri of green and black olives, salami, tomatoes and a dash of garlic. I would especially enjoy asiago cheese on the crust.
