I always hear how some people can chat with someone on line pesonally and I would like to know some sites that will take me there. I would like to talk to christians out there but will accept others conversations detailing other facts as well. Thanks.

Yahoo, messenger is probably the best chat site i have incountered. i have met many friends from all over the world

I use Yahoo Messenger and I use G-Talk from Google.
For me, the people I end up chatting with one-on-one are those I've met in Yahoo's game rooms.
For example Pyramids is a card game. One enters a room and begins playing cards, below the card game is a chat area where people can post a score or even have broad discussions like the latest movie.
Sometimes someone will follow up with a personal IM if I've said something interesting to them.
I would guess there are many choices and methods to meet people online. In fact, one time I posted an anwer in here on Y! Answers and the Asker IM'ed me with a follow up.

Download MSN or Yahoo messneger, it's free. Then google Christian forums, or chat rooms, meet some people, then you can exchange email addresses and add them to messneger and chat away!
