Well, it depends. Whole milk has a high amount of fat in it, so I would avoid that. OJ has a lot of sugar (naturally occuring) in it, so drinking too much means those calories have nowhere to go. They each have their pluses and minuses.

If you prefer milk, it is packed with many essential vitamins, and of course, good old calcium. Choosing a skim milk or 1% milk makes this a good alternative.

OJ, on the other hand, has many vitamins, including Vitamin C which is essential for immune system functioning. Most OJ nowadays also has an additive of calcium that makes it just as good as the calcium you would find in milk. Needless to say, OJ can serve to provide a good morning "pick me up".

Between the two, given the benefits of both, I would say OJ can be better than milk, but why not have a little of both?

It all depends upon your metabolism. Some adults, cannot digest milk or milk products, but almost everyone can digest Orange Juice.

If you wake up in the morning and your appetite for breakfast is low. Try drinking a glass of Orange Juice and see how your appetite will improve

I go for orange juice because you can buy the kind that has extra calcium in it if you need the calcium. I don't like the taste of milk.

It's like comparing apples and oranges. Both have benefits but both have their pitfalls. Milk is good for protein and calcium and orange juice is good for vitamins and natural sugars. I would recommend you include both of them into your diet to create a healthy balance.

Take care.

OJ is a good source of only vitamin C . But milk has allot of different vitamins so milk is the answer. But stick with nonfat or 1% because it is also full of fat

Milk, because my doctor ordered me to have at least 3 glasses each day, to stop my shoulder ache. It's got a lot better since I've had 3 glasses a day.
