Not protein.. protein lengthens muscles and helps you drop weight. If you don't want to try some weight gain powder from GNC (anything with Kreatien in it, b/c it makes you fat if you don't work out), then try to eat Breads, carbs, a nd lots of fat. Breads turn into sugar and of course Sweets are sugar. Reverse how you would normally shop. Check the back of the box for fat and calorie content... the more the better, stay away from fruit.

This is what some football players do. Eat two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches before you go to bed. Also, purchase some weight gain supplements. But stay active or you'll just get fat. Work out regularly and you will turn the protien into muscle.

I would suggest going down to your local GNC or order online a massive weight gainer. Like a 4000 Calorie Drink mix. This can be very beneficial if you are losing weight due to disease or a problem with your body. Or if you want to just go down to McDonalds and eat double quarter cheeseburgers for lunch and dinner, that would definately do it.

Eat lots of bananas.....five for breakfast..two in the evening. Take water with ur main meals. Lie down for 30 mins after each meal. Lots of protein shakes would also add on the Kgs!

It's never too good to gain or lose too much weight at one time. Take it slowly, I could suggest working out. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Eat things that will chunk you up a bit but don't have a lot of sugar in them or else it will make you sick. For example- try fruit pies.,
