Most of his things are not questions and can be reported. You can report for using words that insult others and epithets and slurs.

As many people as possible should report him and it would be great if no one replied to him. hes looking for attention and by answering him thats what hes getting attention, If he gets no attention he will get bored and leave. But of course people will reply..
