They sell this SUPER great tongue scraper at Target. It looks just like a toothbrush handle, but has a little tongue scraper on top.
Also if your using a manual toothbrush, I think an electric one is much easier to use on your tongue. It still tickles a little, but it is better than the manual one.
But the tongue scraper is the best!!

you can get a tongue scraper, your dental office may have them. They work a lot better than the toothbrush

use a braun electric brush which has a tounge cleaner tip also at low speed. very effective. I use it and its really good.

there is a tongue brush....... some toothbrushes out there now have a rubber tongue cleaner right on the back of it

Gargling with peroxide will cause you to have black hairy tongue. Not recommended, Definitely tongue scraper.
