i saw a small creature with a beak that looked just like a hbird. but was black and white stripped....

No, hummingbirds do not have antennae. Did you get a picture?

It was a flying skunk with a bee anntenae's on its head. They are all over down here. Hunting season opens next week for them. Gotta thin them out a little bit. Damn tasty with greens and poke salad.

It may have been an insect called a hummingbird moth. But my guess would be another moth called white-lined sphinx look at the picture at http://www.enature.com/fieldguides/detail.asp?shapeID=977&curGroupID=2&lgfromWhere=&curPageNum=5

hummingBirds...no anntenae..unless you seen a family of them moving they're belonging to a new home...and ya could have seena anntenae..little screen plasma tv too.
