The Scripture you quote is addressed to Christians who have found that certain things that the Jewish law required of them such as abstaining from meat offered in sacrifice to other gods, were not sinful. But for the sake of those who were weaker in faith they were to give precedence to those laws so as not to harm them.
Where do you get the idea that you are supposed to show off your nakedness? Wouldn't nakedness in our society tend to give some people impure thoughts? Why would you want to be an occasion for someone else's sin.

It's really quite simple...surround yourself with good & stay away from all things evil. Also, modesty is a virtue. Remember in the garden of Eden, before Eve took the apple they were naked, but when she ate the apple they were ashamed of their nakedness. They were't even aware of it until the serpant (Satan) got involved.
