Well when I'm at home or work I always drink water, because soda has a lot of sugar, sodium and preservatives that are not goo for you if you're drinking it like all the time. If I go out for dinner or a party or the movies then I do soda. Moderation is the key...

Water and "soda" water. One is carbonated, the other not.

Squeeze some lemon, lime, o.j. or any other flavoring, add soda water and/or sweetener to taste.

Healthy, fizzy, and an H2O option for soda pop.

Although I do like soda I would choose water just because its healthier and it would make me feel good knowing I chose the healthier choice.
