when the guy flirts with girl on the internet and goes and meets with them while engaged with a women and about to get married then when women confronts him he is really made that she knows about it.

Sounds like a relationship that's about to be over to me. If she continues with the wedding, she's heading for divorce in the not too near future. Any man that will cheat while he's engaged will surely cheat when he's married. It sounds like there's no commitment there.
