Either drink or take Xanax. Not both. You are making yourself sick. Anxiety causes many things. The reason you Xanax is not working is because your body has adjusted itself to your daily dose and requires more for you to feel the results. Go see someone in the mental health field. You have some serious problems. I hope you get better. You are probably sleeping way too hard and not moving your body and this will cause pain in those areas, just do some mild stretching exercises and the pain will work itself out. Your pain is real no matter whether you have a reason for it or not. If it feels real to you, then it is real. You just need some help.

Absolutely your pain and dizziness could be caused by anxiety.. You would benefit from cognitive therapy in addition to the Xanax. Here is a program you can do on your own to reprogram your anxiety response.

Quit drinking with xanax. You are creating your body's natural immune system to react against medicine with the consumption of alcohol. After-wards, if it continues ask your doc to refer you for a breast exam to make sure nothing is going on there with your lymph nodes or possible breast cancer. Not to scare you, but pain in those locations can be breast cancer and a lump does not have to be present for this disease. Research breast cancer and you will find that Inflammatory Breast Cancer is on the rise and with this particular cancer no lump is present until it reaches stage 4 which is fatal.

Yes, anxiety can replicate every aspect of a heart attack, most cases of reported heart attacks are nothing more than adrenaline caused by anxiety attacks.

Things that increase your likelihood of anxiety: Stress, drinking, poor diet, poor sleep habits, lack of exercise, eating processed wheat products (i dont know why, but things like crackers, packaged cookies, fast food, poor quality foods, build up in your system and cause anxiety) and gas.

Ive been living with these things for over ten years, my mothers had them her whole life, and my grandmother before her. Donst matter how many times you run to teh doctor with a heart attack symptom, no matter how many EKG MRI's heart studies, or medications they use to determine the cause... the will never find one.

See a chiropractor. I can promise you that tension in your back can pinch nerves, and when you end up with gas (yes i know how loony this sounds) it presses those nerves and you end up with crippling pains in your chest shoulders arms, and upper back. Accupuncture works great too.

Try those things, eat better, learn to manage stress more effectively, and deal with feelings of panic. And walk and stretch a lot.
